csl.h.v - plan is to dredge the río Caroni, not far above where it joins with the Orinoco ... there were little gyppo dredges there for years, working at 30% efficiency at best, very shallow as well, and making a good living, some of them ... trouble is they used mercury and let too much of the stuff go, so guvmint shut them down ... a more organised outfit should be able to pump out the entire riverbed and cover costs by selling construction aggregate, leaving gold and even diamonds as gravy ... local political situation has stalled this for years, looks like it stands a chance now of going ahead ... last two releases they're talking about a new and presumably smaller plan to clean up above the dam, with luck this would be Stage One of a series - Message 20674289

... check out old posts on that thread, the first hundred or two give most of the story ... Claude was once quite interested in Cadre, don't know if he is anymore .... they only had 3.5m shares out then, now it's three times that or more .... still an early-cycle junior by the shares-out measure, if an old idea for a project
