Blockbuster doesn't need Netflix. It can get the same result by partnering with Amazon.

It looks like Carl Icahn is buying Blockbuster shares, saying that it's undervalued. Glad to see that Carl is joining the club, as I was saying the same thing while building my position at an average of $7.4/share.

At the time, my target for Blockbuster was $10/share. I think that I'll hold on for a while, as everything seems to be coming together for Blockbuster. Combining online and in-store is the key. It will provide Blockbuster with a sustainable competitive advantage that no other DVD merchant (Netflix, Amazon, Walmart, etc.) will be able to beat.
