Bidder, "Money talks."
Once again, tell it to Manhattan Minerals. Tell it to the Indians in Patagonia who want their lands left as is, and do not care to change the way they live.
"1) It was put in by the provincial government, and is illegal as mining is a national jurisdiction."
Nothing is illegal until the court says so. By the way, have any mining permits been issued at all in the last two years, hm?
"2)It was rushed in by the outgoing political party as well as many other laws and it will be amended as it has been under review since the party was defeated."
Prove it! What can you show to demonstrate that any such thing is happening toward modifying or removing the bans. I would be delighted to see it.
"IMA is up over a double and my personal gain put me into retirement at 44 years of age."
Bravo! That's really wonderful. I sincerely hope you continue to do well.
"You should be making money instead your making a fool of yourself."
Please feel free to believe what you wish.
"Perhaps you have hitched your horse to Aquiline?"
No way! While they may win part of Navidad, or even all of it (which I doubt), they will be facing the same bans, no? And further to your implications, I do not mention IMA or AQI on this board at all until you do. I do not go out of my way here to mention IMA at all, and I never otherwise mention AQI in any fashion. But, again, believe what you will, and good luck to you.
