Yes, it certainly makes one consider becoming a vegetarian or something, doesn't it? I mean, how can we kill and eat beings that have our own essence in them?

And creating a group of human/simian beings who would be low status servants and such? I think Pandora's box is going to snap shut and bite us very hard in a tender area soon . . .
