You suggested that I switch a line or two to TWT's CIC code via the "Shareholder Program" to make a valid comparison between AT&T and TWT.

Well, right now, I only have one phone line. And I don't want to keep switching it around ;-). But I will keep dialing 10009 and see what the savings is. I will post the results when I get my latest phone Bill, but I will also note that dialing 10009 manually is probably not the best rate that TWT can give me... it should still give some approximate idea, however.
