Material Change Report / Tier IV Portfolio I had the goal of rounding out my new Tier IV Portfolio with 10 holdings and this acquisition made yesterday reaches that objective. I would have liked this company to have a higher portfolio weighting than I am able to give it, but one has to work within their means and this portfolio had a remaining cash component of $5,000.00. Effective 12/14/2004 Acquired 2200 shares of Grand Petroleum (GPP) @ $2.25/share = Total Cost $4,950.00 Ending Cash Component $50.00 I have detailed my thoughts about the company and summarized my findings to those of you following my portfolio's progress. I emailed the report to those of you that have requested the portfolio information.
