NTP will collect royalties from rimm and also seek NA injunction

Royalties are on SALES. How on earth do you hope NTP to collect royalties from RIM if it prevents the latter from actually SELLING?

What NTP says is that they are going for the injunction. Of course they are, as a means to force RIM to cough up the royalties it is trying not to pay.

license to others and that is in the better interest of ntp

Which "others" have 2 million subscribers like RIM? Forget the ghost of NTP founder. Its current management will want RIM's money.

That's about all the time I am willing to spend on this. Have a nice day.
