10 year T-Bills Firming First time in a month and a half that the T-Bills have traded with a lower rate of retrun than a day ago, and the day ago trades with a lower rate of return than a week ago, and the week ago trades with a lower rate of return than a moth ago. Mortgage rate should be dropping despite the fed rate increase - just as predicted with the strengthing of the dollar. Coincidently Lennar Home Builders LEN reports earnings today - Stock is going to the moon!!!! Amazing how mainstream thought just couldn't see this coming together Flint
