So the three stooges (Franks, Bremer and Tenet) being presented with the nation's highest award?!

Let's see - Franks screwed up the war by grossly underestimating the extent of the resistance in Iraq, Bremer screwed up by dismantling the Iraqi bureaucracy and the Iraqi armed forces, and Tenet screwed up by being wrong on the intelligence.

So by Dumbya's logic, all three have done well and deserve the nation's highest award! This would have been laughable, had it not been so tragic.
