If you sold coffee for a living, and your customers kept telling you that the coffee was so hot that it scalded them and caused second degree burns, would you listen to them?

Since a company, or person, can't please everybody, the smart thing to do is stop serving coffee at all, but that would just anger the customers that like their coffee hot, and don't really care if the ones that want it lukewarm are stupid enough to spill in on themselves.
