Stanley, you could be right on the picks. Why don't you send in $30 bucks and find out. If you get one free share it may pay for the entire $30 in the long run.
Whoever this is should take lessons from Bob Czeschin, editor of the "Rim of Fire" who suckered 1900 people in for $5000 for a tip on Luk Oil. The best part was he turned around and sold the tout to 12,000 people for $139 bucks. Boy would I be mad if I paid $5000
Nevertheless Bob writes a decent letter called Czeschin's Energy Report. Bob also wrote a book years ago called The Last Wave about oil, war and money. Good reading.
Don't know for sure I only have the same info you have but I think INDX will be drilling some elephants soon. I have a contact that knows Bennett. Maybe I'll call. Or meet Bennett in Beijing at the World Oil Conference.
