The wierd thing about this class action suit is that their product really does work and eventually got FDA-approval for wound healing, treatment of diabetic ulceration, etc.--- All the stuff that drove the stock up. Just that this was about a year and a half too late.

So, at least in this case, about the worst you can really accuse the company of is poor timing <G>. Unfortuaately, this whole business has left such a bad taste that the market has adopted a "wait and see" attitude toward the stock.
