Is this timing just luck, or am I scaring you? Were you always an asshole or does it just seem that way? Disclosure #1 I am bullish on interest rates as I realize that housing is all this economy has got going for it, and greenspan will purposely try and stay behind the curve. disclosure #2 I am quite bearish on trolls that come in after enormous rallies taunting everyone and bragging about how well they are doing.
