Okay, well, certainly the U.S. says it wants a strong dollar, every country says they want their currency to be strong, but I think a steady currency is far better than a strong currency at any given time... no matter how one may argue the state of the U.S. economy, and I believe it's actually going through a steady and healthy recovery at the moment, the U.S. overseas trade partners are suffering worse economies than we are... this is the only reason the U.S. dollar is weaker... if foreign countries are now buying U.S. exports and foreign tourism into the U.S. has been improving, it has ONLY been due to the weaker U.S. dollar... naturally, this makes it more attractive for foreign buyers to purchase U.S. goods... this is also very good for the U.S. stock markets, because it stimulates U.S. exports and corporate growth in a way that no other market mechanism can do...
