Carolyn, probably higher. Inflation, and all that there. I no longer live there but catch the SF Bay area news where I am. Right now, there is a major power failure in SF and a fire somewhere else. A few weeks ago, there was another fire, attributed to PG&E, which killed a few people. In December 1996, many people were without power for about three weeks. At the time, the headlines heralded windfall profits and concomitant layoffs at PG&E. I do not hold PG&E in high regard. - Holly
