There are three expresso drinkers in the house, so it won't go bad before it's used up.

I drink about four cups a day, so it takes me six weeks to go through the two pound bag I buy at Costco. Our store just put in some new grinding machines that are way better than the old red machines we are all used to. Takes about 15 seconds with no muss or fuss.

I store it in a freezer bag inside a sealed plastic container in the fridge. Works fine.
