It surprised even me!! I never imagined that a crack design team could even do something like this!. But they must be excused because, it supposedly has to do with self modyfying code. The crack design team works in linear space (after all everything is linear isn't it?). Bugs in the superscalar section of the processor can safely be ignored.

Re -- Will they replace all of the current K6's

I hope they do, in the best interest of the consumer. Isn't that Jerry's theme. (He believes that AMD forced Intel to cut prices, in the best interest of the consumer)
