Instock and Myron, I asked Doug About this last week I believe. Stock was at 1 15/16 (I think), he said he thought it was going to drift down a little first( sorry not exact words ).

I've been in this stock for a little over a year. This industry really confuses me and I have relied heavily on information from Steve Allen,Christian McDonald,Terry Menia and Peter Pedroli. They seem to have a real good handle on this company. Recently they sold one of their facilities, greatly enhancing their bottom line. The sell alone I believe will reduce interest expenses next year by $750,000.
They have been selling their remaining shares in CYBG( they have less than 100,000 shares left ). As witnessed on their year in report, this and increased income along with other thungs has greatly improved their cash position and balance sheet. With the improved balance sheet people are looking for them to get a loan package with more favorable terms than the one they currently have. Based on last quarters #,s and projections for next year between conservatively .25 to possibly .30. That should give them a value about 4 currently they are under two.

The key to this is that those figures do not include anything from the vod market which is expect to be huge. Mr. Siegel stated in the conference call that they are speaking to several potential industries. I originally got into this company for their real time computer business. VOD has turned out to be a hugh plus.
