I not only dont freeze coffee beans, I dont REFRIDGERATE them either. The MODERN day refridgerator DRIES OUT the beans just as it would DRY OUT cigars due to automatic defrosting. Just buy only a few weeks supply at a time and keep them tightly sealed in a reasonably cool area. jdn
