I can definitely tell you that you are not speaking for this shareholder! I think Jennifer's participation on this thread has been a breath of fresh air. I hope she will continue to respond within the constraints already placed on her instead of throwing in the towel because of your own negativity. Most company's obviously frown on participation of company officials on a forum such as SI. That is a shame. Are you worried about a lawsuit or something against Jennifer and the company? It's not going to happen. Even if it did, how often are they successful? I don't believe that WAVO officials are unaware of Jennifer's posts here for a minute. Certainly she has limitations in what she can say both in tone and content. Her response to the Wavo Sucks!!!, post was just fine by me. I would suggest that you contact her at IR. You will find her to be highly reponsive. As far as WAVO goes we will all have to give it some time or simply sell and move on to the next investment. It's up to you! I will tell you that it is my belief that there is a potentially lucritive place for Wavetop in future TV-PC combinations. MSFT is leaning heavily in this direction as most consumers are still unwilling to participate in the active role of interactivity. Regards, Jeff
