Mojie, obviously you know about the downgrade.
I do not have any statistics, but think of all the firms that have
upgraded,downgraded, reiterated buy, sell, hold, accumulate...and
back to something else.

Sure Microsoft's NT is out there ( I own MSFT too. Looking at
management is important), but Scott McNeely is at the forefront of
technology. One must consider who is running the company. He will
not just roll over and let his business go downhill. Look to the
future. Let the selling from the downgrade shake out, pick a price
point and buy on sale!
