I don't know how the formularies work but I'm guessing that the submission will take the approach that use of Pennsaid will save them money based on the non existence of side effects unlike Vioxx and gang. Saving them money in the long term. That is probably why they submitted the phase IV study.

Also sounds like the provinces could stand to do some house cleaning and refocus their mandate to drugs that will not cause further medical expense to the provinces.

Newbie....I've used Pennsaid, it does work well. I've used it on sport injuries. The potential is beyond OA.
