oes anyone have a comment on this Evans issue? Why would the defense lawyer call him as a witness if there are these issues? I assume the defense wants him to testify that Tony really was interested in exposing scams, and possibly that he never mentioned any info from the FBI to Evans. Presumably Bloomberg is objecting to the subpoena because it doesn't want its reporters testifying about sources.
