Good heavens. Here's another socialist with one more wacky scheme "for our benefit".

This socialist plan involves the government borrowing trillions of dollars and distributing it to average Americans to invest. Maybe they'll earn more than the rate on government bonds or more likely less.

But apparently there are social benefits from the scheme, beyond lousy economics. It will give the idle something to talk about at their local coffee shop.

It's a Monetarist version of High School students paper-trading stocks --
............................. -- except, with this Monetarist version on steroids, the paper is newly issued Federal Reserve notes.
