I am a little dubious of this guess. The market in 2009 is going to be much changed from the market today. Is there upside for Aceon today versus 2 weeks ago? Yes. How much and how long are the questions.

I am glad they weren't quicker on the draw because I was able to clip a couple of bucks shorting the stock after market with the news and the pop.
