I think this is good news too, but Congress could still intervene, so I do not believe it is necessarily over.

And it would have been nice if supposedly forward-looking companies such as INTC and AMAT could have been at the forefront of this instead of fighting it tooth and nail. I must admit I lost confidence in both for them doing so.
