Huh? You're mixing everything up. You yourself said its up to the courts to interpret the laws. That's not what Bush did at Guantanamo. He violated a treaty to which the US is a party. The US is a signatory on the Geneva Conventions. We are supposed to follow the provisions of the Conventions in a time of war. Bush did not follow those provisions at Guantanamo.

The Geneva conventions do not apply to illegal combatants. The treaties were not violated. What army were they members of? Can you show an image of the uniform they were wearing? Please inform those of us that stick to the facts where their military records are stored? Maybe you could be provide a huge service to the world by telling us what nation pays their wages.
