Give him credit... at least he finally learned the word is "tortious" and not "tortuous."

Next he needs to work on his knowledge of how our legal system works. For example, anyone can sue anyone else for anything. The moment the court orders the case dismissed on all counts, it becomes libelous to refer to the defendants as "sued for xyz". On the other hand, if you settle by admitting to a charge, say, libeling someone ( e.g. Message 14084121 ), then you can legally call said person (e.g. GD) an admitted libeler for life. Bummer.
