ish-- I catch hell as the freezer is so full of perch & walleye, mostly walleye, there is no room left for even an ice cream bar. It takes up more space as it is frozen in water to eliminate freezer burn and keep it firm and as fresh as when caught! This was a great year for 20" - 24" walleye 28 miles off Geneva OH (Lake Erie) and 17 miles off Wilson NY (Lake Ontario). Few walleye were found over 28" this year. When the freezer (28 cu ft) filled it was time to stop.
