It's funny how none of the reports mention that Wal-Mart cut back on days the Salvation Army could solicit.

Every time we go to the Burke Wal-Mart, there are bell ringers. Who, BTW, I never see at Costco. Are they banned there, too? Pre-banned, maybe?
