maybe this is the start of ebay's entrance into real estate (sales). I think we all know the RE industry is bilking every seller/buyer out of that ridiculous 6% commission. The problem is, RE is a local industry and the MLS listings exclude a lot of cost cutting. Of course the same could have been said about used cars and ebay took that.
