I believe Mike took marple samples from the quarry and shopped them around to buyers in the southwest and the quotes he got were well below what the seller claimed they were worth. I believe someone still operates it but MGAU passed on the offer to buy the claim. The focus is on the Sinaqua Cinder Cone, as it should be for my investment. I came across a new book on volcanoes that talks about cinder cones and gold. I'll punch in a few quotes from it later.
