Offer for anyone who wants to read the document in question and cannot find it on the web: Post your e-mail on this board, and I will send a copy of the original document to you via the web within a week. You can open a box just for the purpose of obtaining this document. Just the plain old document will be in the mail; nothing else. I will NOT be answering any return emails; after a couple of days I will no longer use the box so no one bother sending any unwanted code my way because if you do it will just end up stranded on the web with no place to go. Say Mr. Bill, WHY are YOU so upset? :-)
