CAT Caterpillar $95.00 is close enough to a 52 week high to where I think it would rise short term for the simple reason that new highs are made from old, but..... I got my short set for $108.00 Earth moving equipment sales in the US should definatley slow down. The State highway departments are broke. In fact highway construction workers are experience one of the largest lost of employement of industry group as track by the Labor Department. Home builders have started selling their land holdings suggestion a slow down on their site development. And China can move full steam ahead for ever... Can it? Flint
