Rick,

I would like to address an issue you bought up.

You said

>>>Does this mean that I am an acolite of John Westergaard? I have never known John Westergaard to be anything other than honest and ethical. I might be forced to change that opinion, time will tell. Has John ever made a mestake? Hell yes! I think that this whole adventure is probably one of them and I say to him: John, whatever your altruistic motives, your heavy handed tactics has tainted your own message.<<<<

Mr. Westergaard it seems is not challenging Pluvia's right to post under an alias. What he is challenging and trying to stop is his right to post bearish comments on Plsia. In Westergaards on words, he is getting paid to sweep the net, looking for derogatory comments on those cos that pay him.

It's completely ludicrous that he feels he has more rights as a bull then Pluvia has as a bear. Where in the terms of use of this forum does it state that negative comments on a stock are not allowed. Would any sane person visit SI if that were the case ?? If Mr. Westergaard were an honest, ethical person, I suggest this mess would never have been started. Mr. Westergaard has no more rights than Pluvia, whether he posts under an alais or not. In Westergaard's own words he clearly states that Pluvia is correct on many issues concerning Plsia. Then what is the issue with Pluvia ??

How about the many boards on SI and newsletters on the net that shamelessly tout garbage stocks. Are those OK because their bulls ??
Too many bulls feel they have exclusive rights to post whatever they like and it should not be challenged, that is sincerely dangerous.

Regards and good luck to all,
Tom

PS. To Steve Pluvia, ( Regarding an additional name ) I just read your comment above about AOL and the last screen name being the default. That is true, however that last default screen name requires a additional password to match it, meaning that when you sign on and give a password, you should realize what name you signed on with. Correct ?
