Since when is a miscarriage a motive to murder a pregnant woman - what a wacko case. Didn't she hear of adoption? Or, try again.

Miscarriages between 3 to 5 weeks are due to implantation issues - bad egg (90%) or an immunology disorder (10%).
Miscarriages between 5 and 10 weeks are generally due to chromosome malfunction, i.e. bad sperm or egg or bad mapping (these occur between 6 and 8 weeks.)
Miscarriages past 12 weeks (only 1.5% women have miscarriages past 12 weeks) these are often due to some avoidable thing that a doctor neglected to detect (e.g. gestational diabetes, poor iron level, etc.)
Why on earth didn't this so-called woman simply try again? Aside from immunology disorders, nearly all miscarriages above can be overcome by simply trying again.
Her husband is a wacko too, for claiming to believe his wife was pregnant and for believing she gave birth then was immediately ready to be picked up the same day at a restaurant. Do you want fries with your baby, sir. Yeesh, he's a criminal accomplice.
Given how negligent parents are these days, she could have kidnapped a baby. A friend of mine whose Dad was in charge of managing a pharmacy chain said kidnappings were extremely common at pharmacy stores, because the kidnapper takes advantage of the fact the parent is ill and distracted. Very disturbing. I was once at Costco when the store got a bit dark. They had suddenly closed the front door, locking all people inside. It was spooky. Apparently, a baby was kidnapped. But they caught the person that did it. Fast action by the store workers prevented a kidnapping. Apparently the kidnapper had walked up to a cart with a baby and just stole them. The mother apparently had only bent over for a moment to pick up something heavy. You could hear her crying to the store workers that she had looked away for only a few seconds. Yeesh, it's not always negligent parents that have their children kidnapped. GPS is the way to go.
