Christine, I found the BEST thing. Maybe you've already had them- they are Nate's taquitos- they come in chicken style, beef style, and black bean and cheese style- and they are totally soy- even the cheese. They are absolutely fantastic. We all love them. I bought them for the kids at Whole Foods, since we are supposed to go out to dinner tonight- but I had to try one, and then Mr. I tried one- and we agreed they were totally delicious. I think they must be some of the best taquitos we've ever eaten.
