Marketing failures at SoftQuad continue. CompUSA national Sunday Labor Day Weekend 16-page full color supplement--no SoftQuad nor Alpha Software products. No coop nor POP HoTMetaL 4.0, Alpha Five Pro 3.0 et al displays, nothing. It's worse...IBM Simply Speaking advertised in said supplement along with Adobe PageMill 2.0. CompUSA Adobe PageMill ($99) shelfspace is 8:1 over HoTMetaL 4.0!? IBM ViaVoice ($99) is in ComputerCity where VoicePlus is stocked to the max but not moving and priced same as ViaVoice...Alpha Five Pro 3.0--early 1980's packaging??? Bring in marketing, SoftQuad, NOW! This is simply unnecessarily sustaining shareholder value destruction directly due to (hopefuly past) insider (Directors, Sr. Mgt) negligence(.) It is one thing to be competing on a level field between superior product(s) and superior management. It is entirely another when there are only three wheels on one's Ferrari.
