That's true. Life extension beyond expectancy averages could mean you are not getting such a good deal. The only thing I can say to that is if you are getting a good deal, it is at the expense of someone in the future. So I still think the FAIR thing to do is to eventually link payouts to contributions via each individuals SS #.
