1,The genetics vs. choice argument has no legal relevance

I didn't bring up that argument, and two- it has relevance in terms of what people think. Statistically people are a lot more likely to want to discriminate against homosexuals if they view the orientation as a choice.

2.The "right" to marry is created by society. I simply think that any right created should be open to as many people as possible, and I see no valid reason for limiting that right in the case of same sex couples, since I don't find "comfort" for people who want to discriminate, or the tradition of discriminating, a valid reason for state and federal laws.
