Now, do you see any distinction between a post on SI, by definition, a message board and Westergaard On-Line, by definition, a financial web-site? Should people on SI be beholden to the same rules and restrictions by the SEC, as, say, an SGA Goldstar?
I argue, heck no. However, I also argue that SI should have its own set of disclosure standards, if not for the sake of potential lawsuits (you and I know they'll get sued no matter what "Terms of Use" they post; it's the American way (gg)), then for the sake of sanity among all of us. How about you?
