I would guess that more than anything else rummy has done, this will piss off bush. Loyalty can only take you so far in this world and rummys demeanor is really expressed by how he signs these letters. I saw four senators on Russert yesterday--2 dems and 2 reps not call for his removal. Dems were Levin and Biden. I didnt much get it. Fire Rummy and hire a hawk for God's sake if the goal is to stay the course in iraq. How about Schwartzkopf or even Powell who will not allow are troops to be let down under any circumstances> mike
