All, USLD (US Long Distance) has just spun off it's BILL (Billing Services). It looks like if you owned 1 share of USLD (pre split) you now own 1 share of USLD & 1 share of BILL at an adjusted cost basis..roughly 20% USLD, 80% BILL. USLD shares are up sharply while BILL shares are falling. Anybody see a possible correlation between USLD & ISGI?
