<multilateralism> The issue of unilateralism has nothing whatsoever to do with "multilateralism" -- it has to do with basic conduct with respect to the reasons to take action. Any unilateral attack is prohibited no matter how many countries are involved. If fifty countries get together and attack a country that has not been on the attack and where there is no civil war or similar killing going on to stop on humanitarian grounds, then the attack is unilateral.
