Unilateral attack -- unprovoked. That is the issue, not the number in the gang that mount the attack. The issue is 'cause' -- the reason for the attack. Without a clear cause of action -- WMD was the only substantive one offered by the US -- you are merely a thug nation. One thug, two thugs, three, ten, fifty -- the number of thugs matters not. The term "multilateral" has zero to do with the issues surrounding Iraq.
