The deal is whether we can know that god is true or provable. If we cannot know things then there is nothing worth discussing. We are chasing our tail. The whole point of Godel's assertions is that there IS a difference between TRUTH and PROVABILITY. That is his thesis. Can we know it? If we can predict from it, there is value to it.

PS. I saw some footprints in the jello in the fridge this morning, and they weren't there last night. Were they Frodo or Bill Cosby?
