I've been watching this comet for about the last 2 weeks as it finally became bright enough to see with binoculars:

skyandtelescope.com

It currently is about 14 degrees West of Rigel. Your fist at arms length is about 10 degrees across. It reaches zenith (due South) around 11PM.

I have not done any early morning observation for the second comet that I mentioned in the previous post. Also missed the lunar occultation of Jupiter on the 13th by about 20 minutes, I overslept <G>, but I would have only seen Jupiter's reemergence from here in Denver.

Enjoy

Jim
