The Massachusetts SJC vote on gay marriage was 3-2. Are the two in the minority being "silly?" Do you think they are ignorant of con law?

In any event, this is a lost cause. The President opposes it, the Republicans oppose it, the Democrats are distancing themselves from it, many gays (no doubt a majority) do not want it pushed, and 60 percent of the population in the polls oppose it.

Let out your deep breath. It is not going to happen.
