On 104, composition of matter is not attainable and they have filed for a use patent. It is even worse. PMID: 14595031. So, aside from all the hair on the lead programs like uncertain IP, complex clinical strategy, ultimate use as adjunct medicines...how about the earlier programs? They look ok.
