Russett is small potatoes ( I couldn't resist ) compared to the activity on Stockhouse the last few days.

I think the zoo keeper left the cage doors open, all the animals escaped.

I especially like the ones who think Pennsaid should replace Vioxx in a matter of days and don't understand why management has not been able to accomplish this feat.

I was told that most people who use Vioxx / Bextra / Celebrex will most likely continue to use the drugs until the prescription runs out. Then look for an alternative.

It would be interesting to know how many went from Vioxx to Celebrex. Now they may be looking for an alternative. I still think that people would rather pop a pill and would take Celebrex first over Pennsaid ( prior to the most recent announcement ). Not bashing or doubting Pennsaid, just thinking of the way society works. Life in the fast lane. Seniors seem to be a little more sensitive to these issues. My point is that sales will take time. There may be more freebies being sent to doctors offices in light of recent developments.

Only time will tell. I used some Pennsaid this morning on an aching knee after a hockey game that unofficially went into overtime yesterday. It works well.
